So no IP rating on this one really means no water resistance it seems. The OP Nord might be a better buy for that purpose.

At first, I was going to ask about a teardown of the Pixel 4a 5G... but then I watched someone else disassemble one, and I found out that the 4a 5G's internals look nearly identical to the 4a (just sized up and with a different camera assembly). Sooooo, I can see the 4a 5G being not all that interesting to cover on the channel.

My backcamera is not focusing well... It is so annoying. I only bought this pixel 4a because i wanted an android Phone with a decent camera again. My iphone 8 camera was way better... Can someone help me? I have already talked with google but their help was only temporarely. The camera also makes strange sounds when trying to focus sometimes and it flickers....

Hi Jerry, my 4a makes a creaky sound when I press the back case. However everything looks sealed properly. I don’t want to send it to repair as don’t want pixel to make it worse by opening up the whole phone. Do you think I should repair it? It’s not impacting any features. Someone has already uploaded a creaky 4a video on you tube too to explain this issue

@Anuj Tripathi I just got it a week ago and it's been absolutely AMAZING! let's just see how it holds up overtime.. that's usually my problem with phones. I make them last until the battery shits itself. Also the battery is stronger than the iPhone 12 so... That's says something I guess.
